Case Study — Ecommerce Website

UK OM Masale

A spice brand's product range and bulk order process moved from phone-only explanations to a website customers can browse before they ever call.

The challenge

UK OM Masale sells a wide range of spice blends out of Manpur, Gaya, built on years of local trust and repeat customers. Before this project, the brand had no organised way to show its full product range to a new customer, and bulk or wholesale enquiries were handled entirely through phone calls, with no way for a first-time buyer to see pricing, packaging, or product details before reaching out.

What WebOrbitGaya built

WebOrbitGaya built a product-focused ecommerce website structured around how customers actually shop for spices: clear categories, product photography, and a straightforward path from browsing to a WhatsApp enquiry for both retail and bulk orders. The site was built mobile-first, since most customers browse and enquire from a phone, and product pages were written to answer the questions a new buyer typically asks over the phone, so fewer calls are needed just to explain what is available.

What changed

Customers can now review the full product range, packaging options, and bulk order details before ever making contact, which means enquiries that do come in through WhatsApp tend to be more specific and further along in the decision, rather than starting from scratch. The website also gives the brand a professional, permanent presence that does not depend on being found through word of mouth alone.

The website made our masala range look much more professional. Customers can now see the products clearly before calling, and WhatsApp enquiries are easier to handle because people already know what they want.
